Clare Harkema - Dealer Principal
I purchased Seif & Sons Chevrolet, along with Mr. Seif, in 1970. I worked as Service Manager for seven years, followed by two years in Sales. I held the General Manager position from 1979 to 1991. In 1991, I became the Dealer Principal, and have been been managing the dealership with my sons, Jon and Tim.

In the spring of 2007, we purchased Gavin Chevrolet Buick Pontiac and added the Buick and Pontiac lineup of vehicles to our lot and to our name.

Jon Harkema - General Manager
Jon has been with Seif Chevrolet Buick  for 18 years. He began washing cars after school and during the summers, followed by a year in the Parts Department. From there, he moved to "lot boy" and took care of moving the lot around, gassing up cars, and keeping the area neat and clean. In the fall of 1993, he joined the Sales Department, selling both new and pre-owned vehicles. As the years passed, he worked his way up to his current position of New Vehicle Manager.

Jon is married, and has two lovely daughters. Jon and his family enjoy the doing anything outdoors and sports. Jon also likes to hunt. Jon is also the proud parent of a new son.

Tim Harkema - Sales
Tim joined the Sales team in 1998, and has been in the automotive industry for a total 13 years.

Tim was raised in the Caledonia area.

Tim is married and has one daughter. He enjoys the outdoors and sports of all kinds.

Lisa Rice - Business Manager
Lisa has worked in dealership finance since 1996. She was born and raised in the Caledonia area and graduated from Davenport College. Lisa and her husband live in Comstock Park and have one daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys golf, cottage life, reading and travel. "

Pete Mulder - Used Car Manager
Peter Mulder is a long-time face at Seif Chevrolet Buick.

Pete grew up in Home Acres, Michigan and has been in the automotive industry since 1974. Pete currently manages the Pre-Owned Vehicle Department, and has also worked in Parts, Service and Sales.

Pete enjoys sports of all kinds

Gord Hess - Sales
Gordy Hess has been in the automotive industry for over 35 years, and has been at Seif Chevrolet Buick  since 1982. He currently specializes in New and Pre-Owned Sales.

Gordy enjoys boating and golf.

Bill Seif - Sales
Having discontinued the business in Hastings, Bill Seif comes to us from Bill Seif Chevrolet and Buick. Bill thanks everyone for their patronage and welcomes them to continued sales and service at Seif in Caledonia. Bill owned and operated his business for 17 years.

Bill enjoys farming and tractor pulling.

Nick Bravata - Sales
Nick was raised in the Grand Rapids area, and moved to Caledonia in 1975.

Nick has been working in vehicle sales for over thirty years, and has been in New Vehicle Sales with Seif Chevrolet Buick  since 1998.

Nick served two years in the United States Army. Nick and wife Linda enjoy their two children and their granddaughter. Nick enjoys golf and fishing for hobbies.

Bill Gavin - Sales
I joined the team at Seif in Caledonia when we merged Seif Chevrolet and Gavin Chevrolet Buick.  I owned and operated Gavin in Middleville for 25 Years. I love to give customers a friendly low pressure buying experience. There are many choices on vehicles and finance options. I believe the customer should have someone that can help them explore all of these options. In Caledonia “There is no traffic hassles outside, no pressure inside.”
